An AI-powered immersive evening: connected tables, NFC wristbands and 270° projection.

For its Unlock event in New York, Valtech wanted an evening where technology sparks conversations instead of replacing them.

We designed four connected tables that act as icebreakers: each guest wears an NFC wristband, and the table opens the conversation based on the profiles gathered around it. An AI concierge, available from a kiosk, answered guests' questions. Around the room, a 270° projection wraps the space and follows the flow of the evening.

Control room, projection, network and servers were set up and tested on site by our team, who ran the whole setup from start to finish with OBS and Resolume.
